At the moment we accept the following payment methods: PayPal, credit/debit card payments and bank transfers. Please note that the prices on the website do not include VAT or any other type of fee/commission.

We send parcels using DHL, FedEx, EMS, or regular postal service.

All links to the software and activation codes are sent by e-mail as soon as possible. Please keep in mind the time difference between your location and ours. We try to work even at night, during weekends and on holidays, when we have the opportunity. Of course, the activation speed depends primarily on the authors of the software, but you can be sure that we do our best to get your licenses and modules as quickly as possible.

If you have not found a payment or delivery method that suits you, contact us and our staff will try to offer the option that is best for you! We are always happy to assist you.

We reply to ALL your emails regarding orders within 24 hours (usually much faster). When answering technical questions, we may need to consult with the manufacturer or search for information, so we will need more time to reply. Please be patient and do not send any further messages before receiving a reply if 24 hours period has not passed.

All refunds (resulting from mistakes and incorrect ordering, for example, an attempt to order a USB dongle without software modules) are made less fees of the payment systems. Payments for unfulfilled orders are always refunded in full. Please be careful when placing your order, check all information about the product before ordering. Please note that we will not be able to refund your money if you have placed your order by mistake, but the product has already been shipped or the software module (license) has already been activated.
