Wider coverage for a number of STool licenses! Added to existing licenses:

ST005 License (Denso clusters via Denso pins):

FD103 License (this is a paid addition to ST002, for owners of the CAN FD adapter).

• Added new flashes (for correction without flash reading using known unlock codes) for Genesis, Kia K5, Kia RIO, Kia Sorento, Hyundai Sonata, Hyundai Porter. Added 14 new flashes!
