License "instrument panels A6, C7, A7, A8 D4, TOUAREG 2010+"

License for instrument panels.
Functions:

• reading and writing EEPROM via OBD
• fixing "DEF" error via OBD
• odometer correction via OBD
• component protection transfer

Old instrument panels with black/white screen may not be supported

License "PCR 2.1" VAG 1.6 TDI

License for VAG 1.6 TDI engine control units.
Functions:

• Reading, writing, and decoding immo data from PCR 2.1 units
• Reading, writing EEPROM and FLASH
• Cloning SIMOS PCR2.1
• Online unit updates
• Unlocking for programming via OBD2
• Power class change
• Decoding immo data without original flash (additional payment of 10 euros at the exchange rate)
