Scania products are reliable and highly technological, featuring numerous electronic systems. Repairs require specialized tools and equipment. Repairing Scania trucks and buses without modern equipment is complex and ineffective.
All electronic components of the ABS, EBS, ECAS (ELC), COO, SRS, EDC, RETARDER, OPTICRUSE, and VPS systems on Scania Series 4 trucks and buses are diagnosed and programmed using specialized SD2 and SP2 computer programs using our adapter.
The adapter is fully compatible with modern software, including SD2 (2.37) and SP (2.35). The adapter we developed for Scania software works well with both dedicated computers and the most common modern computers, including those running Windows 10. This device is FULLY compatible with the 99260 VCI 1 Vehicle Communication Interface (serial port) diagnostic interface. The USB-enabled version allows it to be used on home computers without a serial port (RS-232), which is not possible with other interfaces available on the market.
