Trucktest
Scania "VCI-1"
Diagnostic adapter for Scania trucks "VCI-1".
Scania products are reliable and highly technological, featuring numerous electronic systems. Repairs require specialized tools and equipment. Repairing Scania trucks and buses without modern equipment is complex and ineffective.
All electronic components of the ABS, EBS, ECAS (ELC), COO, SRS, EDC, RETARDER, OPTICRUSE, and VPS systems on Scania Series 4 trucks and buses are diagnosed and programmed using specialized SD2 and SP2 computer programs using our adapter.
The adapter is fully compatible with modern software, including SD2 (2.37) and SP (2.35). The adapter we developed for Scania software works well with both dedicated computers and the most common modern computers, including those running Windows 10. This device is FULLY compatible with the 99260 VCI 1 Vehicle Communication Interface (serial port) diagnostic interface. The USB-enabled version allows it to be used on home computers without a serial port (RS-232), which is not possible with other interfaces available on the market.

DAF products are reliable and highly technological, featuring numerous electronic systems. Repairs require specialized tools and equipment. Repairing a DAF without modern equipment is complex and ineffective.
The diagnostic adapter (compatible with VCI 560) is designed for use with the DAVIE HDc II software, enabling a full range of diagnostic and maintenance services for DAF trucks.
The DAF DAVE scanner supports DAF vehicles manufactured from 2001 to 2019, including older models diagnosed via the K-line and newer models diagnosed via the CAN-link. The device includes a full-featured multiplexer and recognizes ignition status.
The DAF DAVIE XDc II is the original, dealer-grade DAF diagnostic system. It consists of a laptop and the Vehicle Diagnostic Interface (VCI). The program operates on two main methods:
The "Direct Test" function is primarily used
to interrogate and erase faulty ECU memory, as well as to check various inputs and outputs, depending on the selected test procedures. This function should also be used for programming and calibration.
The "Guided Diagnostics" function is primarily used to identify faulty components. While the "Direct Test" function is designed for programming, calibrating, or directly testing specific components, "Guided Diagnostics" checks only faulty elements.
When is "Guided Diagnostics" used?
When a fault needs to be confirmed without replacing parts by trial and error
When the faulty component is unknown
When you are not familiar with the vehicle's operation
If the fault status (active/inactive) is unknown, you can diagnose it based on symptoms.
Diagnostic systems:
The interface developed by our company is fully compatible with the original software version 5.6.1 (Runtime V95.00, PRS V19.04F0) released in February 2019.

WABCO III Gen
A diagnostic adapter for WABCO systems. All electronic components of the ABS, EBS, ECAS, TCE, and IVTM systems in trucks and buses are diagnosed using specialized Wabco computer programs using our adapter.
Our Wabco adapter works equally well with both the latest trucks and trailers and those manufactured many years ago.
This device is compatible with diagnostic interfaces 4463010210 (serial port), 4463010220, 4463010230, 4463010300, 3004001040, DI2, DI-2, and DI-3.
Our adapter allows you to diagnose Wabco electronic systems in trucks, buses, and trailers, program all electronic units, check and change parameters, adjust the air suspension, and configure the ABS, EBS, and ECAS units.
The new third-generation interface retains all the best features developed over 17 years of adapter production for Wabco systems, but significantly outperforms both Wabco DI-2 interfaces and their Chinese counterfeits.
Distinguishing features:
Knorr-Bremse
Diagnostic adapter for Knorr-Bremse systems.
All electronic components of KNORR-BREMSE systems: ABS, ABSI8, ABSEU12, ABS6, KB92, KB3AL, G2E, G2M, G3M, CI12, EBS2, EBS5, ECAS, EAC, EAC1, ECA, EDC, KB4-TA, and iAPU for trucks and buses are diagnosed using specialized Knorr-Bremse computer programs (NEO-Green, NEO-ORANGE) using our adapter and the necessary cables.
For diagnostics of iTPMS, KB4TA, TEBS4, TEBSG2, TIM G2, TPMS, and TRM trailer systems.
Licensed software for "trailers" (2024) is available for download after registration from the official KNORR-BREMSE website and is free to use. The adapter for Knorr electronic systems works equally well with new trucks and trailers, as well as those manufactured many years ago.
This device is compatible with the UDIF II39809F (EZ1031) diagnostic interface (serial port), and the USB version allows it to be used on computers without a serial port without the need for adapters.
Our adapter allows you to do diagrnotics of Knorr electronic systems in trucks, buses, and trailers, program all electronic units, calibrate, test, and change parameters, adjust the air suspension, and configure ABS, EBS, and ECAS units.
The device is essential for error checking, pairing the road train (adjusting braking forces), commissioning, and replacing the electronic unit.
The WABCO cable interface unit allows you to use not only expensive original Knorr cables, but also the widely available high-quality and budget-friendly Trucktest cables, WABCO cables, and their cheap Chinese copies: the jumper (4463003600) and (4463003292).

Volvo — Vostok
A diagnostic interface for Volvo.
All electronic systems in trucks, buses, and special equipment use specialized computer programs for diagnostics such as VTT (Volvo Tech Tool), RTT (Renault Tech Tools), PTT (Premium Tech Tool), CETT (Construction Tech Tool), VCADS PRO (Volvo Computer Aided Diagnostic System), and Navigator.
Volvo — Vostok is fully compatible with the original Volvo Tech Tool software. The Vyborg 9998555 communication unit is recommended for heavy-duty use and is the best choice for vehicles manufactured before 2015.
When developing the Vostok and Voshod interface families, the developers combined the best features of the 9998555 adapter and the 88890300 (VOCOM). This provides reliable communication with older trucks equipped with D12A engines, stable operation with 98th and version 2 electronics, and full compatibility with the VOCOM 88890300 allows us to confidently look to the future with vehicles from the 2023 FH4/FM4 model range.
The "Vostok" interface is a simplified version of 88890300 (as a low-cost alternative to 88890020, 88890140, and 88840133). To improve operational reliability and reduce the cost of the final product, only the currently used protocols and functions were retained: K and L (ABS 1994), 1708/1587 (trucks 1994-2014), and 1939 (FH4/FM4). Support for the unused LIN protocol (SAE J2602) has been removed, and limited support for SAE 15765 has been implemented. It is the best choice for vehicles from 2015-2023.
The adapters allow you to do diagnostics of Volvo trucks and buses, program all electronic units, check and change parameters, adjust speed limiters, adjust air suspension, configure EBS and ECAS units, and configure other vehicle systems. This adapter type is the primary one when working in DEVELOPMENT mode (software developer) and for the Navigator 1587 software (direct access to CAN).
The devices (when used with various adapter types) and the "Tech Tool" and "Vcads Pro" and "Vodia5" programs also allow you to do diagnostics on Volvo trucks, buses, and special equipment, including excavators, graders, bulldozers, power plants, etc.
Technical support is limited and may not be possible.
Volvo — Voshod+
