Tuning and cloning without compromises – RS660 Extrema and RSV4 Factory
If you work in the motorcycle industry, you know how crucial ECU tuning is to optimize torque, throttle response, and power delivery strategies. With KESS3, you can now operate in BOOT mode on the Marelli IAW 11MP ECU, installed on top models like the Aprilia RS660 and RSV4 Factory.
- Directly access the ECU memory for total control.

- ECU Cloning: Repair and restore entire control units quickly and effectively.
And there’s more! The same ECU is also found in the Brixton Cromwell 1200, a bold scrambler with a unique character. Now, you can remap this model as well, further expanding the range of motorcycles you can work on and increasing your tuning opportunities.
New Support for Yamaha and Suzuki
This update isn’t just for Aprilia sportbikes! Now, KESS3 allows you to work directly from the ECU connector in BENCH mode on:
- Mitsubishi BB5-8591A-XX, BDW-86510-XX, and 32920-42FX0 – Found on Yamaha ATVs and the legendary Suzuki GSX-R K6.
- Denso 32920-13K00 – The ECU powering the Suzuki GSX-S 750, one of the most popular naked bikes from Hamamatsu.
