USB Dump Generator Update!

Updates to the USB Dump Generator program:

A new section has appeared in the 7th Information module: "9. Radio/navigation codes for car radios", and the list of blocks in the section "2. Pinout of ECU blocks" has also been significantly expanded. Algorithms have been improved and many other changes have been made to the program starting with version 8.0.2.14
