Vitesco/Continental SIM3K-54x ECUs are based on Infineon Aurix TC277 MCU with internal flash memory 4Mb.
Allows Software identification with protection and support status recognition, Protection removal, Reading and Writing of calibration area on the BENCH. Checksum correction is performed during writing.
NO ECU OPENING required!
Software identification with protection and support status can be used before module purchase and can be used also through diagnostic plug.
