With this update, KESS3 adds new operating possibilities for a wide range of Honda motorcycles and scooters manufactured from 2019 onwards and equipped with Keihin 38770-XXX-XXX ECUs. These are widely used models with engine displacements ranging from 125cc to 1100cc.
The new BENCH protocol lets you work directly through the ECU connector, without opening the unit, using the Virtual Reading function to access the original file. A useful option when the ECU has already been removed from the vehicle.
This new mode complements the already available OBD Virtual Reading and BOOT modes, allowing you to choose the most suitable connection method for each operation on supported Honda applications.
Real benefits for your workshop:
With KESS3, workshops working on scooters and motorcycles can carry out everything from tuning to repairs, using different connection modes according to the requirements of each operation.
