bFlash Update V2103C

The lastest update covers new Peugeot & Citroën equiped with the 2.2 BlueHDI.

Supported engines are:

— 2.2 BlueHDI 120
— 2.2 BlueHDI 140
— 2.2 BlueHDI 165

It is possible to read and write the control unit via OBD or BOOT.

The full OBD protocol makes a full backup (including eeprom area).

• Writing: between 1 and 10 minutes depending on # sectors to flash
• Reading: around 10 minutes
