TCEPro Version 0.53.0

What's new

Map table

• Hold Ctrl and turn the mouse wheel to zoom the map table. One notch is one step.
• A pinch on the touchpad zooms the table too. Both work when the pointer is over a scroll bar.
• On a chart, Ctrl and the wheel still change the selected values.

Map list

• When maps stay in one window, Previous Map and Next Map highlight the map that window is showing.

Fault codes

• The fault-code list follows the control unit family, so the right tables are used.
• The list shows Group and Manufacturer code.
• Switching off a whole group asks you first. No is already selected.
• Undo restores every map that change touched.
• A code that appears in more than one place can be compared between two files. It is not copied from one file to the other.

Opening a firmware file

• Maps follow the calibration in the file. Another calibration of the same program opens its own maps.
• A shorter file from the internal memory can open the same maps as the full file.
• A file that contains only the calibration area can open, when the map catalog supports that control unit.
• Some files that stayed unrecognized before are recognized now, so their maps can open.

Checksums

• Checksums are recalculated only when the map catalog has a method for that control unit family.
• If there is no method, the program asks whether to save without recalculating. It no longer writes a checksum over the whole file for those families.
• If the method does not fit the file, the file is not saved.
• The checksum questions are now shown in English and in Spanish.
