This script software disables the built-in VTS (VEHICLE TRACKING SYSTEM, also known as COBRA) anti-theft system for Porsche vehicles, circa 2014-2018. The script only works with dumps of both BCMs (front and rear), changing the vehicle's configuration.
This problem is familiar to many owners: due to a Cobra module failure or after installing a used rear BCM with the VTS system, the car won't start. Errors will be reported for the front BCM 80530F (start inhibit) and the rear BCM 805108 (authorization error). The standard dealer solution is an expensive module replacement with online linking or very expensive online reprogramming.
This script is designed for users who are familiar with and know how to properly work with Motorola's proprietary processors. The script only works with dumps, i.e., it functions as a dump calculator.
Before installing ready-made units on a car, you need to disable COBRA (VTS), that is, the script excludes it from the package (VEHICLE TRACKING SYSTEM), which is often located under the rear seat or on the floor of the luggage compartment under a metal cover with shear nuts.
