User Manual for BMW BDC2 All Key Lost

Step 1: Backup coding data

• Use Yanhua ACDP Module 3 and B48 Interface Board to backup EEPROM data

Step 2: Backup FAFP data
Step 3: Write IMMO data
Step 4: Write coding data
Step 5: Made dealer key

• After making the dealer key, turn on the ignition to do key match

Step 6: Write DME ISN

• Verify the key can start the car normally, then go to next step

Step 7: Reset EGS EWS(turn on ignition, but not start the car)
After finishing these steps, start the engine — both the key and vehicle should now function properly.

FAQ:
Q: Can I use disabled key for all key lost situation? Customer lost his working key but have one key which was disabled before.
A: Use the disabled key as a working key and made a new key. After the new key was made, he enabled the disabled key, and then he disabled all the lost keys.

Q: I need to virginze bdc2 or bdc3 to clone damaged bdc, this package can do this?
A: ACDP can virginze bdc2 to clone damaged bdc. But it does not support this function for BDC3

How to Bind the second-generation ACDP:

1: Bind directly through the USB cable. The 3 USB cables correspond to Android, IOS, and PC respectively. After binding the device in this way, the USB cable must be connected to the host and the mobile phone, and it cannot be used without the USB cable. Disconnect the USB cable and the device will lose connection.
2: Configure wifi or hotspot binding through the USB cable. The binding process of this method requires a USB connection, and then enter the wifi or hotspot name and password to complete the binding. After binding, you can unplug the USB cable and use it wirelessly.
