X5 Unlock Request

Remote Unlock of Bosch MD1 ECU requirements:

1. Photos of the ECU.  
2. ECU version information read by the X5 device.  
3. Serial number of the X5 device.  
4. Schedule a remote unlock time (confirm with the dealer).  
5. Refer to the connection diagram for the connection method between the ECU and X5.  
6. Install the latest version of ToDesk remote software on the customer's computer in advance.  
Ensure a stable internet connection during decryption. X5 engineers will require a video call with the customer for communicating in English.

Please note:

• The procedure is not instant and may take time.
• Not all ECUs are supported. Feel free to double check with us via email: [email protected]
• Some remote control software may prevent other flashers (e.g. MMCflasher) to work properly. You may need to install it for the unlock and uninstall after the unlockk is performed.
